I went to the outsurance website and clicked on the option to get a quote. The ad said if outsurance can't beat my current insurance, they will pay me R400. I got a call from the call centre agent this morning and spent 20min giving her all the info from my existing insurance. Outsurance could not beat my current insurance from Dial Direct. In fact, Outsurance quoted me almost double my current premium and the Outsurance excess was marginally more. The call centre agent just said sorry sir, we can't match the quote unless we increase the excess. Then she put down the phone... SO where is my R400 Outsurance?
