You get insurance to cover stuff incase anything happens, When you have to claim they give a run a around. Outsurance has appointed a Assessor by the name of Jaco to look at my claim, this guy's phone me he says I must give him permission to do a ITC check, do you do this to all you customers that now have to claim and for what or is it because I stay in Khayelitsha and I need to give him names and ID number of everyone that I live with... For what, I am the one that is insured by you guys..? and I need to go thru the story again what I lost and list all the items, I have been thru this with the Police that came to take the statement in my house and also with Kgothatso Moeketsi from Outsurance. If I knew it was a mission to claim from you guys I wouldn't have insured with Outsurance
