Absolutely shocking service from fnb... again

So...

* Two weeks ago I added a credit card onto my Platinum FNB Cheque account in branch at Cresta.
* For two weeks I heard absolutely nothing. No sms confirmation, no email, no nothing!
* I was told it would be 3 working days
* After two weeks, I phoned the branch to see what the delay was.
* They told me they were 'too busy' to take the call and forwarded me to their call centre
* After 6 different people I was put through too and more than 20 minutes on hold, NOONE could tell me what was happening.
* Next day I went into the branch to try find out for myself.
* I waited for 15 minutes for the lady at the front of branch, that was there to "help" was worse than useless. A Spanish (I believe that was her accent) told me to stand in the 'collections queue' I even said to her, I don't think its ready to collect. She told me to stand their anyway.
* I stood in the collections queue for 20 minutes and surprise..they couldn't help me and sent be back to the Spanish lady.
* Her response in a terrible attitude was: "I don't know, you can try waiting for someone in our banking department"... I can TRY!! She wanted me to wait another 30 minutes to TRY!!

I am disgusted with FNB..again.
