Where do I start with puting my frustration into words with this bank. I have had 4 different loans with Capitec of which is paid up and there was never hassels with payment untill recently. Capitec has always debited my FNB account for payment now I get calls from incompetent collection staff asking me why payment has not been made DUH if you dont debit my account payment will obviously not be made why take my banking details and 3 month bank statement if you dont use the account to debit your money. No every month I get that annoying call of Miss Smith why has payment not yet been received I must hear that once more I swear. Now I want the MD to contact me since the Capitec staff cannot understand the reaspn why payment is not made is because you have the incorrect banking details maybe the MD can understand that and update it to my correct banking details and there will be no problems with payment as nobody can even explain to me why there is incorrect baking details and now they listed my name with the credit bureau when Ive been waiting for feedback and even transferred the money to my capitec account for them to debit since they dont know the difference between Capitec /FNB.
