Very Bad Service

I have a hugh problem with the assessor (Renato). He does not know to carry out his duties. My vehicle WCV 925 GP was in an accident in June. I received the vehicle in August which one of the worst experience in my life. I was going back and forth for the vehicle. The Panel shop did not complete the job due to lack of authorization from the Assessor. My accident damaged tyre (Badly cut due to the accident) was assessed to be changed which was not changed but they just turned the tyre around. The water bottle from the accident has not been changed but it had been damaged due to the accident and was leaking. My vehicle overheated due to the water bottle being damaged and my vehicle is now not mobile. Auto and General had provided a very bad service and they do not keep in contact with their Clients but are very quick with their debit orders. I am waiting to be contacted by Auto and General urgently to resolve the matter to my satisfaction. I had called in several times and know it is for Auto and General who need to take the initiative to pick up the phone so that we can resolve this issue.
