Tired, frustrated and ready to move on

I am so tired of Standard Bank. The last year I've been to the bank more times than I can count to resolve the countless issues I've encounter. First a consultant wrongly switched me from Student Achiever to Elite banking. This caused issues with the linking of my cards and consequently I now have two internet banking profiles. I also had issues with the limit on my credit card. The amount on my application and the amount given did not match up. I have since been moved to the correct package (Prestige banking) and the limit on my credit card modified. I am still waiting for my new cards. After inquiring this week how long I still have to wait, my prestige banker informed me that she has not requested my new cards yet. I feel like Standard Bank is not listening to me. I'm tired of complaining and nothing happening.
