Dear Standard Bank
After 2 days I still have not had any feedback from your SB officer. After months, I still have not been able to talk to a Home Loans agent who knows what they're doing. Below is excerpt of mail to a consultant. I have a buyer ready to purchase but SB has declined the shortfall. It seems there is no help from you, no matter how hard one tries to accommodate you, even for a small amount.

"As agreed yesterday, please find all relevant correspondence with regards to erf 207 (known as 7 Beyers st) Bethulie forwarded here. Thank you for agreeing to facilitate a physical meeting between myself and a competent Standard Bank home loans officer with the help of your liaison officer, in order to discuss this issue. I must stress the fact that I'm in no position to consider taking out any form of personal loan or overdraft for the shortfall amount, but that I'd like to find a solution which will be beneficial to all parties concerned. I am struggling to pay my monthly bond, and I have a small baby to care for as well as a chronic health problem which will require most of my income in the near future."
