I am utterly disappointed in the service from Standard bank cause how much to you really care about your clients? In 2012, my husband lost his job which put immense pressure on our financial well being. After trying hard come up with his car payments whilst being unemployed he had asked help from Standard bank to see how they can assist him. He was told at this point that they cannot assist as vehicle was in arrears already. I had felt the stress and got into contact with Standard bank in July 2013 to see if I could possibly help. Premie and Nomusa were quite blunt in saying I had to pay R20 000.00 to avoid any further action being taken. I tried my best to assist in a financial way. In August 2013 we had applied for debt review due to major financial constraints. We were never informed that our application for debt review from Std Bank had been declined. SO today we get a call that vehicle is to be repossessed. No phone call from Std bank no letter to us? No court letter? So I call Premie to see what I can do, maybe pay the outstanding balance? Told very rudely, NOTHING CAN BE DONE?? Hand vehicle over... Do you people not have a heart or feelings? Someone else please help!!!
