Rainbow Finance are not complying to NCR Act for Debt Review customers. I've been paying this account with Rainbow finance being under debt review Since 2008 and all my payment are accepted and shown that they have gone through but the balance does not go down. When I started with this I was just over R28 000-00 and last year when I checked they told me I owe them over R43 000-00 and when I escalated the matter they told me I owe them more than R55 000-00.
This debt does not go down at all. Since 2008 I've paid over R33000-00 and I was expecting this to be less than R5000-00 so that I can settle it. To my surprise the balance was now close to double even when enquired in may 2013. Please assist, this institution is reaping people off. You'll be indebted for life with this institution.
