Too good to be true!

The air conditioning in our car packed up a few weeks ago due to cement in the compressor. I wasnt sure if Virgin Insurance would cover something like this but I phoned them on Monday, 7th October just to ask. I spoke to Prishina who told me that if the damage wasn't due to an accident, then it most likely wont be covered. But she suggested that I send through the damage report and she could see if it would be approved. I sent the report the next morning.By that afternoon I received a call from Prishina saying that the claim had been approved, and that Virgin Insurance would reimburse us in full as we had already paid for the repairs ourselves! By Thursday morning the money was in our account! I simply can't believe how quick and easy this whole process was. What's even better, is that there was no excess and our premiums remain the same! Prishina was excellent and really went the extra mile for me. She provided outstanding service and was extremely efficient and professional. She is an asset to Virgin Insurance. A BIG thank you to Prishina, and to Virgin Insurance for the outstanding service!
