Have wrong numbe

After numerous calls to Standard Bank, and no-one able nor willing to help, this goes to Hellopeter.

I took over a Telkom line. Previous owner of said line owes Standard Bank money. They call from 06h00 to 20h00 intermittendly to get said money. For 5 years now I tell them that I am the owner of the line, and do not know the person they're looking for. But alas, they're too lazy to make a note of this.

Now, also my son receives calls on his cell phone. Again Standard Bank loaned money to a person, not checking/writing down the correct cell nr. No matter HOW MANY times the collection dept get told WRONG NUMBER they don't believe. That cell nr has been used by my son for 12 years now.

Possible some one can help poor Standard Bank get correct numbers? or advise me HOW to get rid of Standard Bank calling me for debt i do not have?
