Miway had a general adjustment on their policy which I was not happy with; I was referred to Seitshiro whom I beleive he is a Senior Consultant. He manage to resolve the matter on the first policy and made a promise to rectify the other policy.
He kept his promise by even calling back an ensuring that everything is sorted; he manage to adjust my preimium and other inclusion of the policy to my satisfaction as a client
May He keep on doing the good work even for other people...
