I would like to complain about this company and their unethical behaviour, on Friday my account was double debited by this, they never bothered to call and let me know to prepare myself for this, i was just amazed when i saw the double debit, i called in and i was asked to please fax my bank statement which i did, but i was then told they double debited but could not re-reimburse the amount as December they didn't find any funds, but why was i not notified about the double debit, i was to be re-reimbursed and warned before hand when they Will double debit so i can prepare myself financial.
