I am deeply concerned about the poor and unprofessional service levels Nedbank offers it's clients. More than a month ago I invested (after spending almost 3 hours at Nedbank, due to incompetence) more than R100 000 and gave my husband power of attorney. When he went to the bank for a statement on Wednesday the 9th of October, the lady at enquiries said that there are NO power of attorney on the system or on file.
On our other Just invest account we signed power of attorney THREE TIMES already, and there are still no power of attorney on record. The excuse I receive is that the documents gets sent up to Nedbank's head office and it is not captured. Now we are told to come in again???!!! NedBank please get your act together and sort this out. This is now the same problem coming on almost 10 years now! Unacceptable!
