I bought a phone from Edgars in March this year (6 months ago). The phone was sold to me with Finrite insurance (R56.00/month) from the date of purchase. During the month of September 2013 the home keys died, keypad never responded at all. I took the phone back to Edgars, they directed me to MTN repair centre in Crown mines who then claimed the phone is beyond repairs. Took back to Edgars to claim repairs from insurance, the phone was sent to Finrite insurance for repairs. It has been almost 3 weeks that my phone is with them. Today 08 October 2013, I went to Edgars to enquire, Finrite (Lerato) claims my phone has been sent to hollard (underwriters) for a decision. They do not how long my phone is going to be kept with hollard. The teamleader refused to speak to me on the phone. Please help!
