44 days to get my Cheque card!!

Happily I accepted the offer at the atm to upgrade my Smart Savings account to a Gold Cheque account under the false impression that my new card would be delivered to me within 48hours as the radio advert states and as my husband received his card in this way! SHOCKINGLY I received NO phone call about the delivery of my card and 2weeks later I called and was told my card was at the Festival Mall branch... only to get there and NO CARD!! The cashier ordered a new card which I FINALLY received YESTERDAY, another 3 weeks later, not delivered to me as promised by a million FNB ads but needed to COLLECT at the Woodbridge Square branch. No mention of my FREE EBUCKS and NO EBUCKS CARD also no offer to activate my FREE internet banking or any other so called service! Even had a manager come and tell the person attending to me to go and call another staff member... SERIOUSLY??? He's busy with a customer, go call the other guy yourself!! Truly disappointed & disgusted in the LACK OF SERVICE - You have BIG promises advertised everywhere, seems it's all a trap to get new business...
