I was retrenched on the 28Aug13 on the same day I took a letter of retrencment and my Id to the branch in dobsenville, they faxed it to the head office. Some time during Sep I received a call from the bank. I told the lady I was retrenched and the proof was faxed she said I should re-fax it. On the 3rd oct I faxed the proof again. On the 8th a guy from the offices called to confirm if I'm unemployed I told him that I sent the proof he said there was a problem with their fax however I don't need to send it, he said they will inveigate and I will receive an sms of confirmation if the insurance will pay. Today I'm woken up by another sms saying I should fax.

Do you have an insurance or is it a way for us to pay more? In titred of faxing the same things over and over again.
