I just want to let everyone know what great service I've received from Discovery Insure for my motor accident claim that took place on 1 August 2013.
Everyone who assisted me with my claim were so efficient and professional and I cannot fault Discovery on anything.
From the call I received from DQ Track enquiring if I was OK after the accident, through to the claims department staff, and onto the assessor appointed to my claim - everyone was just so professional and everything went so smoothly, that the whole process was really painless!
I would like to express my gratitude to Discovery Insure, their staff and their contracted service providers for all their assistance with my claim. I am really impressed with the level of service I received!
