Hi have taken out insurnace with Miway with no Excess policy and now they have introduced an excess of R3000 om my policy. When approached they say that majority of accidents have been caused by policy holders who have a no excess policy. This is unacceptable that you agree to a policy and they change it whenever they feel like!
