I am a new client with Miway. I had a few issues I needed clarity on I have tried from the 01/10/13 to today and made a number of calls and emails nothing had been resolved. I phoned tonight at approx..19:30 and a female answer the phone and I ask her to phone me back within a minute she called back the way and manner that she clarified the issues was excellent she needs to be applauded for going the extra mile and putting me at ease Miway needs more consultants like her more could be said about her but we will stop here. her name is Jaydene Adolph. I rate her 10 out of 10 I was looking for another insurance company but she handled me with a calm manner I will be staying with Miway because of the way and manner Jaydene spoke. WELL DONE.
