I phoned Dial Direct to complain that my policy had gone up by a whopping 36 percent, including insurance cost for cellphones that had just been added to the policy two weeks earlier - and two weeks later how could it cost 30 percent more to insure them! They were over valued with the annual insurance premium increase that took place right after I added them to the policy. I spoke to a 'retention specialist' Matome Selomo who was well informed and efficient and he reviewed my whole policy, and made adjustments that were more realistic, leaving me with a monthly premium that was very acceptable. I was very impressed with his service. In general, I tend to get good service with Dial Direct.
