We had a pipe burst at our house tonight causing major damage; after 3 hours trying to get the water out the house and not a lot of sleep I called Miway to register the claim and was connected to Pamela. She went through all the necessary scripts efficiently and friendly, explained to me what was or wasn't covered, took my details, gave me her contact mail address and within five minutes after the conversation received an SMS confirmed my claim and providing me with claim and reference number! Wow, very impressive!!!
