I EXPLAINED TO FAIZEL OMAR THAT I'M 11 YEARS WITH THEIR COMPANY AND NOW I ONE AGAIN GET AN INCREASE LETTER OF? 25 % WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME. HE SPOKE SO NICELY TO ME THAT I FORGOT THAT I WAS UPSET.
HE WORKED THROUGH THE SYSTEM AND PROVIDED ME WITH A PREMIUM WITH WHICH I'M SATISFIED.
HE ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME HOW THE TOUCH UP POLICY WORKS FOR MINOR SCRATCHES, DENTS, ETC.
HE HAS VERY GOOD MANNERS AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND IT WAS NICE TAKING UP MY PROBLEM AND CONCERNS WITH HIM.
