I called the head office yesterday hoping that they can assist me in lowering my installment as im having some financial problems. To my surprise the lady who helped me told me they can help and she didnt eveb bother to give me a valid reason. When i asked her if there is someone (supervisor or manager) who can help me regarding this matter and her answer was that there is no one, if she cant help me then no one can. So im really frustrated regarding this matter to a fact that if i skip my installment my account will be in arrears. Im really not happy with the services that was provided to me!
