INTEREST INCORRECTLY CHARGED

I SETTLED MY FULL BALANCE OF MY CREDIT CARD ON THE 18 SEPTEMBER 2013 WELL BEFORE THE DUE DATE OF THE 1st OCTOBER 2013. FNB CARD DIVISION STILL CHARGED ME R159.12 INTEREST.
I CANNOT ACCEPT THIS AS ACCORDING TO THE RULES AS STIPULATED ON MY CARD STATEMENT I WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANY INTEREST AS LONG AS I SETTLE THE FULL BALANCE BEFORE THE DUE DATE. I DID SETTLE THE FULL BALANCE AND THEREFORE DEMAND THAT FNB CARD DIVISION REVERSE THIS R159.12 INTEREST. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE ADVISE. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF MISTAKES AND WE AS THE CONSUMER JUST HAVE TO COUGH UP. I'VE BEEN A FNB CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS BUT HAVE SEEN OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS THAT FNB IS NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE. I COULD RECOMEND FNB AS THE BANK TO DEAL WITH BUT CANNOT SAY THAT ANYMORE.
