Lack of commmunication and and very bad service

Where do I start!!! In December last year AVAF claims that they had no documentation of me being insured by Dial Direct so they took it upon themselves to add insurance on to my AVAF account without any authorisation from my side nor any letter or a call informing me of this. When I notice that my car payment went from R2400 to R3100 a month I called and had no luck in getting them to cancel it, I then refused to pay any money into my ABSA Cheque account for the debit order to go off. I don't have a massive income and can't afford to pay R1200 for insurance a month never mind all the cost regarding bank charges and calls and driving up and down. After 3 months I still had no clue as to who authorised it and where was I informed about this. Then I went further and proved to them that they were sent all the documentation from my insurance the day I drove my car off the floor at the dealership where I bought the car. Now due to all the inconvenience and the endless bank charges and unpaid debit orders my account has been flagged and randomly my account gets block that I can't have any access to the money in the account. I have now had more than enough.
