Good day, I would like to lay a complaint against Nedbank, Kenilworth branch. I have expected feedback on an application done almost 3 weeks ago. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Mujiedt. I kept on calling the branch and he was never available. I left messages but I was never called back. Each time I also asked for the bank manager he was off for the day. What kind of service is this? I have banked with them for more than 5 years! I am very disappointed in their lack of feedback or response as they have had more than enough time to tell me if the application was successful or not.
