Waiting for my SMART device for 6 weeks

I decided to change banks to take advantage of the Smart Device offer FNB has advertised. I started the process/application at the end of August and phoned daily to make sure my account was opened successfully and my Smart device application was successful. Each time I phoned I was told a differenct story from yes all my paperwork etc is correct and the the device will reach me in 15 working days, to 'there is no record of an application for a smart device'? Many more phone calls later I was told an email was to be sent to head office and they will release my smart device and it will be sent to me in a few days. THen I was phoned by FNB to say I had duplicate applications for a smart device and can I please confirm which device I want. I then phoned FNB to follow up on what was happening and they said they again have NO application for a smart device?? I phoned again and was told an email had 'again' been sent to headoffice for the device to be released. And the last phone call I made was more than 2 weeks ago and I was told due to my frustration a complaint email was to be sent to head office regarding my situation. I have not heard anything more. :(
