STANDARD BANK STEALS MY MONEY AGAIN!

Well, were do i start. For thesecond time there was on my credit card. I paid my credit card off in full before i went on maternity leave and put and extra R8000 into my credit card for interest purposes. Once again my credit card was almost emptied out. Luckily standard bank phoned me to say there is on my card and opened a case nr for me. I then phoned the department several times to find out how far my case is and to get my money back but after holding on for the department 35 minutes and more i decided just to go to the bank myself. This phone calls cost me just over a R1000 and i still got no where. So arriving at the bank I got my new credit card again. I ask the consultant if she will help me with my case because department is useless in answering phones, she then told me "there is a phone, sort out ur own problems"... so i then phone department again holding on for 45 minutes. We then checked my account were then suddenly there was no on my account but all my money is gone and now standard bank wants me to pay my overdraft. The history has also been cleared so there is no eveidence to proof my money was. Standard bank refuse help.
