I am so upset, of late i have only been getting bad service from fnb... i went to the branh at westgate on the 30th of september, requesting that my bank account be closed after paying R360 for banking charges (unacceptable) i informed the consultant at the westgate branch that my account must be closed before extra debit orders runs off of the account, if not they should atleast put the account on hold... that request was completely ignored (unacceptable) Now debit orders have gone off which bounced and left my account in the minus, minus R1300 to be exact, instead of rectifying the situation they just moved it over to my other bank account (i didnt authorise that) i made requests to reverse me that money as its not my fault, its due to incompetend listening skills. and yet i have recieved any response... next step would be the ombudsman... im sure this must be a breach of the NCA!!!
