Seeing as Hello Peter blanked out my text from the last complaint, I will try again. As a result, Absa have not bothered to respond!!!
I had an amount in my flexi reserve account which Absa has now taken without my permission or knowledge, that is called!! Yes, like or not Hello Peter, that is what it is called, so DO NOT blank out my words!!! I first sent a complaint on 16 Jan 2013, Ref 2201692, but nothing has been done, but that is what Absa is about. I have been ignored by Absa, I am sure they are hoping I go away. This will not happen, Absa took my money and I want it back. If they want lawyers involved, I will be happy to do so. You cannot take peoples money with out their permission and expect them to be ok with that. I put that money there for emergencies, not for Absa to help themselves and take it just because. I want my money back Absa!! I am not going away until MY MONEY is paid back!!
