I have settled my Finchoice account with creditworx on the 5th September 2013. I sent an e-mail to Nawaal Phillips on the 6th Of September 2013 requesting if she received payment and she confirmed payment was received and it will take up to 21 days before I could receive a paid up letter. I contacted their offices again on the 26th and 30th September 2013 and Nawaal assured me that they received the monies and are awaiting feedback from Finchoice, I contacted Finchoice and spoke to Sisikele, she reported that Creditworx has not made pay over and that they need to provide me with a paid up letter. Settlement amount was R14'000.00.
