I went to the bank on thursday the 3rd and someone attended to application. The consultant told me within 24 hours my application will be completed. Friday afternoon I called the african bank.call centre and I was told to go back to the branch. Saturday morning I called the branch and I was asked to come to the branch. Zanele and Shirly attended to my problem though the african bank system was giving them tough time. The system was bad and they apologised and they even showed me. I left the bank and after couple of minutes I got a called from Zanele and she asked me to come back their system is respondinding now. They were suppose to close at 2 but they assisted me until my application was completed. They left the branch after 2. I would like to say thank you for the best service ever you gave me.
