The dealer could not issue the invoice as they were trying to get hold of Nokuthula since 11AM. she does not even READ her emails in order to see that someone is looking for her. So is the rest of the department. As I mentioned that there was emails send to about 6 people in that division and NO ONE replied. So it seems that they dont care about staff deals. Even the dealership says when they do a deal and it is a Wesbank staff deal then they know that they are going to struggle. My deal is sorted out now but there is definately a problem in that department which should be sorted out before another staff member experience the same problem.
