I've been trying to get hold of JD Consumer Finance also known as Hi-Finance, to arrange payment of my account. I have called the share call number via my cellphone 4 times and via my office landline 5 times. They either don't answer and you hold till you get a end-call tone or they pick up (you can hear people in the background) then put the phone down in your ear. I have send 3 emails and only got 1 system generated email back. Please can someone call me urgently.
