I just got off the phone with Bayport. My contract finished end of June 2013. Yet the phone still gets topped up with R135 airtime and the BIS is still on. I call Bayport to let them know and to tell them no money is going off my account for this... and they tell me authentication failed!! They can't prove it's me who called. So like I said to the over the phone, if EVER Bayport realize that somewhere they made a cockup, they must not come ask me for money to pay for the time the phone has been topped up and BIS activated.
