Settled Accounts but still reflects as unsettled

My accounts with Blue Financial Services were settled in March 2013 and I received closure letters from Blue stating the balances were zero including statements reflecting zero. These amounts have magically re appeared and Blue has handed my accounts over to Pholosa and they have been pestering me for the amounts that have already been paid. Due to this, the ITC also still has those amounts as reflecting as outstanding.

I contacted Luke Bezuidenhout at Blue who had a bad attitude first of all and also couldnt give me a turn around time on this. I want this sorted out ASAP or else I am going to have to contact a lawyer to claim damages for the bad credit record this has created
