Don't sign Mandates with Lawyers that Legal Wise refers you to. If Legal wise do not pay the Lawyers they will sue you in your personal capacity. Which means judgements against your personal name. The Sheriff could attache your personal belongings. I have had my suspicion of why the Lawyers that Legal Wise refers you to don't want to do the work, they have to continuously fight to get paid by Legal wise.
How can a Share Holder of Share Block Company who do not pay there portion of a Levy be a maintenance matter. I want this non paying member to pay her levies so i don't have to continue paying for it. Legal wise wont pay for cover for me to recover the outstanding levies as they deem this to be a Maintenance matter, how pathetic.
Legal wise asked me to make an appointment to see them, I did. When i arrived at the appointment they told me that the file had been moved to Head Office, so no appointment, just a waste of my time.
