I had 2 loan with Bruma Finance got retrenched July 2013 due to company closing down, Insurance paid my loans for 6 mnths i was suppose to pay outstanding balance. 1st loan OB was R270 not sure of exact amount i send my son to do a cash deposit of R100 on the 7th March 2013 then R170 on the 29th March 2013 to settle 1st loan. when i check with Bruma they said my payment does not reflect on their system, dont know why and how. i kept on phoning they will keep me on hold till i run out of airtime. without help from collection dep i refused to pay the 2nd loan till i know what happened to the paymtnt i have made. interest kept on accumulating i ended settling 1st loan and by then i paid R700 and something. 2nd loan was handed over to attorneys and i am paying. i want bruma to reimburse my R270 their acc dep must check all payments received march 2013 they will find my payments. last time i called bruma they told me my acc has been handed over there is no way they can help me. i went to check with the bank they explained that payment was made but my son didnt write ref no so my money went to Bruma acc but they don't know who made that payment i want my money pls
