A day or so ago I attempted to get a quote from another insurance company who then beat the premium I was paying at the moment at MiWay. I called in to cancel my policy with MiWay but these very driven people would just not let me go, they then proceeded to beat the other insurer and revised my policy so my premiums would be a little less a month, understanding that I have to save as much as possible.
I then called the competitor again, and they came down again!!! I thought for sure MiWay could not beat this, but alas, they DID!!! With flying colours too. They really make one feel very important and valued, and a special thanks to Lemmy, the last analyst I spoke to for going through so much trouble to keep me with MiWay. MiWay can be very grateful for their driven and well spoken employees like Lemmy. The service and loyalty they show to their clients (especially the older ones, like me) is GREAT!!
I decided to stay as loyal as them, and stick to MiWay :).
