I would like to compliment Mr Quintin van Wyk from the telesure group who assisted me in finalising an insurance claim (Virgin money). He was extremely professional, consistent and punctual in terms of feedback provided. I would like to add that Mr van Wyk was very clear in terms of the process that was to be followed; kept to pre-agreed time lines and also responded to adhoc calls and queries. I was very impressed with my engagement with Mr van Wyk and would like to place it on record as such.
