On the 2nd July I send an email with all my details to MDF using [URL Removed] I do not recall receiving any correspondence.
On the 3rd Oct I received a statement still in my other name and still at my physical address instead of my postal address.
PLEEEase change it I sent you the request in JULY (this year)... do not phone me back. Reply to my e-mail with either "Yes we can do the changes" and give a timeframe - will I have to wait 3, 4, or 8 months or write "No we cannot cope when a woman gets married and cannot update a really poorly spelt address to the correct one". Send written responses only. This does not give you the authority to e-mail my statements. I do not answer or carry my cellphone - so I reiterate do not phone me - send e-mails.
