I have been notified today via email that Regent has rejected my claim for being retrenched. I have submitted all relevant documents and have wasted lots off money confirming receipt and progress thereof. Brenda Maluleka informed me that they had to phone the office of my previous work giver and was informed that I was fired. After all documents state and signed on a letterhead given with a UI19 form they reject my claim. They did not speak to the work giver, they/she spoke to somebody working at the firm. Now I have to appeal the decision and it will cost me more money once again and I find it to be ridiculous. How can you reject my claim if somebody that gave through the wrong information carry more credit than signed documents. Why have this insurance if it cost you more trouble to get it to pay out and cost you further suffer and humiliation??? HELP! Antionette Ackermann
