I am a loyal customer of MiWay. My vehicle was insured at a high premium but with zero excess. MiWay have recently decided to introduce a mandatory excess which I was unhappy with because of the premiums I was paying.
I called MiWay to find if they could review my premium as I am now paying an excess. Kgothatso was very helpful and managed to Review my premium and adjusted it accordingly.
I am very pleased with the service I have received and I will continue to use MiWay as my insurance provider.
