I have on 2 previous occasions faxed 2 quotes sent to me by FNB Homeloans to fix my bond interest rate. This has happened in the last month. My latest correspondence with FNB Homeloans indicates nothing has taken place. On both separate occasions after I faxed the quote FNB Homeloans acknowledged receipt. Where can one get good and efficient service. I am asked for the 3rd time to fax my signed quote again.
