NO concern about safety of clients money

I inserted my debit card into a Standard bank ATM at Centurion mall, an ATM I found out SB knows has a problem but have done nothing about it.

There is a big gaping hole through which I can see all the cards, including mine, that the machine has swallowed.

This means whomever tampered with the machine is waiting for me to leave the atm in order to all the cards inside.

I went to the manager, she said the ATM would be turned off and that a mall security guard would be placed at the atm. The atm is still on, the huge gaping hole is still there for anyone with the right tools to my card and there is no security at the atm!!!

Is this how standard bank cares about the safety of their clients money??

Why is there still no security?? Why is the atm still not shut down??

This is pathetic and I will proceed with legal action if my card is out of this atm!!!
