I am disappointed and still not helped!

I opened an account with fnb online on the 28th of August. I then received an email to say my card will be couriered to me. That i will be contacted and I will receive the card. I waited and a month later I enquired on this transaction only to be told that the do not have my number hence they didnt deliver however this respectable entity had my email and failed to let me know of this for a month. I was then told that the branch i selected to go collect the card will call me when they have the card but to my SURPRISE i got an sms today letting me know that my card has been cancelled!!! Either i am missing something or I just got disrespected with such unprofessional behaviour. Can someone with the right knowledge of the procedure please explain to me what just happened! When can i get the card? Is my account even active? What is happening ngoku?
