End of August i got paid and to my surprise, money was withdrawn from my account while i was having my bank card with me from different atms, the amount that was deducted was 3500, 2000.1500, 1000, 500 and my daily limit is 5000. my whole salary was being deducted and i was left with nothing to support my family. i reported the matter to my branch the following day which 2SEPTEMBER and up until today there is no response. i was told that the matter will be send to the department but even today as i write this report, nothing has happened. i am very disappointed with standard bank because i trusted them to solve the matter, but they didnt and as a result i had to go and take a loan so as to buy groceries for my family and to have transport money. now i am faced with a loan and interest. who is going to pay the interest i have incured because of the loan? Had standard responded to my query, this would have been avoided. i am totally not pleased. please help me peter.
