Inter account transfer of funds

I have transferred R150000 of my own money into my bond account to save on interest. I had a access bond facility on the account. The bond debit order comes of my wife's account. She defaulted in April this year of no fault of her own where her company almost liquidated and she was late for one months payment which she rectified.

I have been retrenched and no income to service my debit orders. I tried to do an inter account transfer from my bond account but could not perform due to " bad behavior" on my account, although my history is clean. It's been over a week now where standard bank is taking ages to transfer my money into my cheque account. I have had to make plans for an overdraft facility to pay my debit orders, unnecessary inconvenience.

I can understand what terrorists go through in similar situations like this.
