EWallet not Working and NO After Hours Support

Tried sending money to an eWallet with One Time Pin to cell phone in my FNB Phonebook (ie used before) and it was refused for no apparent reason with the following code:
Channel Daily Transaction Limit Exceeded Error code: 99026
No after hours number to phone to query this... so what's the point of relying on this eWallet service if IT DOES NOT WORK???
